Return & Exchange Policy
- All items are non-refundable once an order is placed.
- Sale items are final sale — no returns, exchanges, or store credit.
- Any item purchased at a discounted price, during a promotion, or with a promo code is considered a sale item.
- Items discounted 40% or more off the original price are final sale.

Regular Priced Items (Swimwear & Ready-to-Wear)
- Exchanges or store credit are accepted within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date, based on carrier tracking.
- Items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free of stains, odors, or damage
- All tags and hygienic liners must be attached
- Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to the sender.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only permitted for the same item in a different size.
- If you prefer a different style (swimwear or ready-to-wear), store credit will be issued.
- A 15% restocking fee applies when switching to a different item.
- No restocking fee applies for same-item size exchanges.
- Only one exchange per order is permitted.
- In the event the requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit will be provided. Please note that the restocking fee will still apply.

Important Notes
- Items purchased with store credit are not eligible for return, exchange, or additional store credit once the order has shipped.
- All accessories, cover-ups, headwraps, bows, and scarves are final sale.
- International orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- All returns must be approved prior to shipping. Do not send items back without receiving return instructions.
- JEP Swimwear is not responsible for lost or misdelivered return packages. Customers must retain proof of shipment and tracking information.
- Refused or unaccepted packages are not considered returns and remain subject to all applicable policies and reshipment fees.
- If a package is returned to our facility due to unsuccessful delivery, we will contact you via email. If no response is received within 3 days, store credit (minus applicable return-to-sender fees) will be issued to the email address on file.

Product Disclaimer
- Variations in color due to screen resolution, lighting, or device display settings are not considered defects.
- Differences in fit or personal preference do not constitute defects.
- Fabric placement and print variations may occur and are not considered defects.
Claims & Reporting
- Any claims regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Policy Enforcement
- All policies are strictly enforced.
- The price at the time of purchase is final. No price adjustments will be made.
- Orders placed within 24 hours prior to a sale may be eligible for a price adjustment in the form of store credit only.
